Description: Public Art Dialogue cordially invites you to attend "Suzanne Lacy: Recent Works and Critical Concerns", a dialogue in celebration of Suzanne Lacy, recipient of Public Art Dialogue's Award for Achievement in the Field of Public Art. The event will be held Thursday, Feb. 26 from 6:00-7:00 as part of the annual College Art Association Meeting at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Public Art Dialogue (PAD) is delighted to announce that the internationally renowned artist, author and critic, Suzanne Lacy, will be the recipient of PAD's first Award for Achievement in the Field of Public Art. Given her sustained record of accomplishment and ongoing contributions to the field, we cannot imagine a better or more deserving inaugural recipient for this award. The award for achievement will be given to Ms. Lacy at the evening program during which she will engage in dialogue with the PAD membership, and discuss her recent work. The event immediately follows the Public Art Dialogue Business Meeting, which will be held from 5:30-6:00, at the same location. Both events are open and free to CAA members. If you have any questions, please reply to Public Art Dialogue's Membership Chair, Juilee Decker jdecker1@georgetowncollege.edu Otherwise, we'll see you in LA!
