The 2010 day of special sessions, organized by Maria Elena Buszek, Kansas City Art Institute, focused attention on pressing feminist issues in studio art, art history, and art criticism at the College Art Association's annual conference. These sessions addressed cutting-edge questions concerning contemporary feminist practices for artists, critics, and scholars and features collaborations between speakers from all these fields, presented mostly as dialogues and performances that otherwise rarely find a comfortable space in the traditional CAA session format. The sessions were free and open to the public, thus inviting the participation of outside communities during the conference's activities. The Feminist Art Project is pleased to present the entire day of sessions here. ______________________________________________
